One of the most beautiful group of islands on our passage so far, The Percy’s.
Due to bad weather we took shelter at North East Perth, where we were marooned for 7 days. No phone, no email. It was quite a bad front, producing a lot of media exposure sprouting “bad storm hits Queensland Coast”. The fact that we weren’t contactable for a week left a few people wondering. Once the front had passed, we headed for Middle Percy where we climbed the hill to get telephone reception, sending texts to Kate and Madeleine. It was also Ian’s 60th birthday, so dinner was onboard Capricorn Dancer with his lovely lady Angela.
